Deposits are non-refundable to reserve your lamb to be delivered late December 2017 early January 2018.
Cutting Instructions: If you order half or a whole lamb we will call you in December for your cutting instructions! For example, gyros, lamb brats, and more!
Grass Fed lambs are only available for half or whole lamb orders. Grass fed lamb will be $8.00 lbs. hanging plus cutting up.

Love lamb? Order an entire lamb cut the way you want it! Cutting instructions are taken in December. Average *hanging weight 60-70 lbs.
Half Lamb $50 Deposit

Like Lamb? Get a quantity discount with a half lamb- Average *hanging weight of 30-35 lbs. Cutting instructions are taken in December.

Get a sample pack of lamb. Lamb bundles include 10 lbs. min. of packaged meat:
1-2 Leg Steaks
3-4 Lamb Rib Chops
3-4 Lamb Loin Chops
2-3 Shoulder Chops
1 Lamb Shank
1-2 lbs. of ground lamb
*Hanging Weight: Weight of the lamb on the rail not packaged.
*Cutting: This is your kill/cut/wrap fee from Country Fresh Meats, typically $90 for a whole lamb.
