Lamb marinade for grilled lamb chops!

2TB Olive Oil 2 1/2 TB Dijon Mustard 2 TB Lemon Juice 1TB Worcestershire sauce 1 TB minced garlic 1 1/2 tsp Hot liquid pepper sauce 1/2 tsp Paprika Salt to taste
Mix ingredients in a plastic bag and add your lamb chops.
Leave lamb in marinade 7-24 hours
Grill 4 minutes on each side and wrap in tinfoil for 3 minutes before serving.
